Order Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent once the order is confirmed, and we will prepare your order immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us early and we will do our best to help.
Tracking Information
If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to investigate. We will not be responsible for lost packages with “delivered” tracking status.
After your package is shipped (after 3-7 business days processing time), please allow another 1-2 days for tracking information to update. Please feel free to contact us if the estimated delivery date has passed, or if you have any concerns regarding the shipping status.
Processing Time
in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected time frame. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.
Refused Delivery
Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.

All delivery timelines listed here are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact the shipping carrier for more information.
Taxes
For most countries, you do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada), you may need to pay duties or VAT according to the corresponding levying rules.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
